We are developing a clear pathway from membership in Nuestra Voz to membership in Mano en Mano’s Board of Directors as well as a more direct link between those two bodies in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Mano en Mano’s programming and services. Community members are increasingly involved in determining organizational policies around language and inclusiveness.
